How long does shipping take?

Processing time: 2-5 business days after payment confirmation

  • Custom Perspex Orders: Up to 6 weeks
  • Out-of-Stock Items: Delayed until restocking , or customer will be notified of alternate options

Delivery Estimates:

  • Durban: 2-4 days (Order before 12PM for faster delivery)
  • Johannesburg: 2-4 days
  • Cape Town: 3-5 days
  • Outlying Areas: Up to 7 days

Refund & Return Policy

At Let's Shop, we prioritize your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations, and we're here to ensure a smooth return process.

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Products must be returned in their new, unopened condition within 7 days of delivery
  • Notify us within 7 days for incorrect, faulty, or misdescribed products

Damages:

  • Report damages with photos of outer box, inner packaging, and damaged item
  • Validated claims result in replacement, voucher, or original payment refund

If unsatisfied with a product:

  • Return at your own cost to: A.M.Products - 227 Royston Road, Pietermaritzburg, 3201
  • Our premises are open Monday-Thursday, 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Refunds exclude original shipping costs

Return Process:

  1. Keep original packaging with all labels and accessories
  2. Provide damage photos if applicable
  3. Double-box returns with protective padding

Important Notes:

  • Improper packaging may incur 10% repackaging fee
  • Damage from poor packaging voids refund

Refunds & Replacements:

  • Processing time: 8-10 working days after inspection
  • Bank processing may take additional 3 days
  • Replacements subject to availability
  • Errors on our side qualify for correct item, voucher, or refund
