Refund & Return Policy
At Let's Shop, we prioritize your satisfaction. We understand that sometimes a product might not meet your expectations, and we're here to ensure a smooth return process.
Eligibility for Returns:
- Products must be returned in their new, unopened condition within 7 days of delivery.
- If you receive an incorrect or faulty product, or if it's not as described on our website, please notify us within 7 days.
Damages:
- If your product arrives damaged, missing any parts, or inoperable, notify us within 7 days. We will require photographs of the outer box, inner packaging, and the damaged item to assess the cause.
- Once validated, we will, according to your preference: replace the product (if available), issue a refund voucher for the purchase price, or issue a refund using your original payment method.
If you are unsatisfied!
If you are not satisfied ,with a product, you must courier it back to us at your own cost. Send the product to our adress (A.M.Products -227 Royston Road, Pietermaritzburg ,3201) using your own courier. Our premises are open Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Plan your return accordingly.Please note that refunds will be issued for the returned item(s) only and will not include the original shipping cost!
Return Process:
- Ensure the product is in its original packaging with all labels, stickers, and accessories.
- If the product arrived damaged or missing parts, provide photographs of the outer box, inner packaging, and the damaged item.
- Package the returning product in its original packaging, inside another box with ample protective padding. Returns without proper packaging may incur a 10% repackaging fee. If the product is damaged due to inadequate packaging, a refund cannot be issued.
Refunds & Replacements:
- Please note that refunds will be issued for the returned item(s) only and will not include the original shipping cost
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund or replacement. Refunds are typically processed within 8 to 10 working days and can take up to 3 additional days to reflect in your account due to banking timelines.
- Replacements depend on product availability.
- If we mistakenly deliver the wrong product or if it's not as described, we'll either deliver the correct item, send a voucher for the purchase price, or issue a refund using your original payment method.
